Low Cost Wood Stove Made from a Mail Box

An effective low cost stove that is quick and easy to make. You can buy a mail box for about $15 the; the pipe cost about the same.

Cut a hole in the back of the mail box using tin snips.

Use standard 4" stove pipe fittings to join to your mail box.

Set box on bricks or stones outside build a hot fire in the box to burn off the paint. Control the draft of the fire with the door.
